Day 24- Isle of Skye- just back from fun night at pub at Edinbane - felt like extra from Local Hero- local pub in scenic location with band playing complete with fiddles, guitars and hand drum. Went for walk to Lyndale Bay which is our local piece of water. Lovely sunny day again. Had lunch in cafe at Portree- place was crawling with tour buses- what we're all those tourists doing here we thought?! Had fairly quiet day after lot of driving yesterday. Did have delicious scallop dinner last night which Stephen cooked- never seen such plump tasty scallops and the vegetables were so sweet compared to home. Woolworths 'fresh food' Hah! Loving the fresh food here and the scenery is certainly spectacular- quite dramatic rather than pretty.
