Day34- Edinburgh-after a very slow start, caught ferry back to mainland and drove back to Edinburgh. Lovely sunny day so went for final walk in Inverleith Park and attempted to repack bags. Quiet dinner at David's place and early night.very tired.

Day 35- Edinburgh to home- managed to nearly navigate us correctly to airport only missing one turn which had us hurtling to Glasgow instead. Sigh! Retrieved the situation and we still got to airport with plenty of time to spare. Edimburgh even have a small lounge to sit in so just waiting for first leg of flight to be called. Son and heir has made it home safely and is now tucked up in his own bed for the first time for 3 months. He seemed pleased about that.
